During my stay, I enjoyed top-notch hospitality from the hotel staff. They were always polite, friendly, and willing to help me with anything. The hotel is located in a serene and beautiful environment, surrounded by the mesmerizing mountains. This unique location is perfect for someone looking to get away from the noise and bustle of the city. The hotel had excellent facilities; the outdoor pool was well-maintained, and the sun loungers were very comfortable. Apart from the location and facilities, the hotel's cleanliness was also worth mentioning. The management ensured that every corner of the hotel, including the guest rooms, was sparkling clean.

Outdoor Pools and View

We chose this hotel for its outdoor pools and amazing mountain view. The pools were indeed lovely, especially the large one, and perfect for a refreshing dip in the hot weather. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking and provided a serene escape from the busy city. Additionally, the location was ideal as we were close to many attractions and had easy access to public transportation.

Our experience at this hotel was marred by poor service and noise. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and we often had trouble communicating due to language barriers. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, and we had to request fresh towels and toiletries several times. Additionally, the noise from the nearby road was incessant and made it difficult to sleep at night. we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
